What drives you?

My passion is that people can walk and live free. There is freedom to choose, but what is the best choice? This is different for all of us, there is no one size fits all answer. Once we find a good groove, things change, we marry, we have kids, the kids go off to college, we change jobs, the weather changes, we get older, you name it, we are changing. We have the power to adapt to changes in our circumstances and remain free. It is my vision that I can help others find their freedom and hold firm to ultimately live their best life now and into the future. 

I am a gal that loves Jesus and leans into Him and his transformation power. I live in Coon Rapids, MN with my supportive husband Jake and our 14-year-old son Payton. I have a passion for health and wellness, what that means, what that looks like for us as individuals and how we can transform our daily practices from fear based to love based. I want to experience the joy of being alive in all that I do. In my earlier days I used the scale as a tool to see how I was doing. I have learned that we are whole integrated beings and we can be well no matter the number on the scale. Once I learned about the different wellness areas and how they work together I am better equipped to make choices that increase my quality of life. I have the gift of gab and openness with all I meet, I feel most alive with others, listening and talking about how we navigate life’s challenges and victories.
