As a coach I believe clients are experts on their own lived experience. I see them as capable and able, I believe in my client’s ability to change. I meet my clients where they are while holding their vision for growth.
For my clients, transformation might look and feel them becoming aware of their inherent worth and feeling safe enough to make lifestyle changes that they have dreamt about for years.
During the coaching process, regardless of the outcome I want my clients to feel motivated, confident making lifestyle changes, and secure enough to see setbacks as opportunities for growth.
I do this work because I want to see people grow past their limiting beliefs and achieve goals they have always wanted. It sets my soul on fire to see transformation in my client’s life after they have made small changes that lead to big wins.
I bring a unique blend of skills to the coaching environment that includes compassionate listening without judgement, guidance while clients discover their own solutions rather than just giving advice and tailoring all coaching to meet my clients’ individual goals.
The methods and modalities that are central to my work include using effective goals to create actionable plans and one-on-one solution focused coaching which includes reflection, teaching and creating a doable action plan for the week.
Elements of my own wellness journey are incorporating mindfulness throughout my day, keeping regular exercise rhythms, increasing body awareness, feeding my body well and overcoming limiting beliefs. My current wellness journey includes practicing self-compassion, prioritizing journaling and learning how to protect my energy.
I trust my clients because they know themselves best, they know what will work in their lifestyle in their current season. My clients are ready for change and know what their future vision of themselves looks and feels like. I support my clients to live healthy, remain committed and stay curious throughout the process.
