In our initial session we will go over an intake assessment to gauge where you are at in relation to the 5 wellness domains. Once we have discovered areas that need the most attention, we will collaborate to create your individualized wellness vision and wellness plan. After that we will find what practices, patterns and behaviors can help you make your vision a reality.

We will look at processes and techniques to help with recovery from everyday stresses as well as major life events. We will work on building resilience by replenishing and rejuvenating in order to prepare the mind and body for future stressors.
Together we will investigate emotions and how we relate to them. We will look at techniques to identify and improve emotional intelligence, emotional self-efficacy, emotional social intelligence and identify any triggers that may bring up charged emotions and how to manage and respond in a healthy way.
Leaning on macronutrients and micronutrients we will discover what a balanced diet is and why it is important for our bodies to function optimally. We will get curious about how foods affect your individual body and what works best for you as an individual. We will go over basic nutrition concepts and how you can incorporate them into your daily life.
We will work on what sleep is, why is it important, how do we get more of it, or less of it depending on your circumstances. Together looking at the 4 elements of sleep, depth, duration, continuity, and regularity we will find simple ways to optimize sleep.
Our focus together will be to incorporate movement that is aligned with your goals, interests and wellness. This will look different for all of us and we get to look at your movement patterns that enhance emotional wellness, identity, resilience and other areas of wellness.
